As the eBusiness Intern, your primary role will be to support the eB2B and Sales teams by optimizing processes, managing data, and delivering insights that drive the growth of our eB2B customer base and revenue.
You will collaborate closely with both internal teams (Sales Officers, Customer Service, Sales Distribution) and external partners (Distributors, Customers) to ensure the operational excellence of the eB2B platform and the high-quality service we provide.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Sales and eBusiness Transformation
Join our eBusiness Transformation Team, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our digital sales landscape. You’ll be involved in developing and migrating new app and launching our cutting-edge customer loyalty program.
Product Management & App Migration
Feature Configuration and Testing: Ensure new product features meet acceptance criteria and oversee their deployment into production.
Seamless Migration: Facilitate the transition of customers to the new eB2B platform by collaborating with stakeholders during pilot launches, sell-ins, and providing hyper-care support.
Loyalty Program Planning
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and best practices for B2B loyalty programs.
Program Development: Assist in designing and planning a new customer loyalty program.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure the program’s alignment and effective communication.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze program metrics to assess success and identify improvement areas.
Additional Support
Gain insights into the critical backend operations that ensure the smooth functioning of our B2B ecosystem.
Customer Service & Troubleshooting
Communication: Update Sales Officers on product promotions and critical reminders.
Query Resolution: Address and resolve queries from customers, Sales Officers, or Distributors promptly.Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate unresolved issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Operations & Support
Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels and coordinate with Supply Chain, Distributors, and the Route-To-Consumer (RTC) team for optimal fulfillment.
Administrative Coordination: Work with RTC on administrative issues affecting pricing and delivery, including changes in GST, price adjustments, excise duties, and delivery cut-offs.
Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of the eB2B user database, including updates to accounts such as name, phone number, or email/username.
Promotions Setup: Prepare and manage eB2B-exclusive and channel-specific promotions.
Requirements:
