Raffles Family Office (Raffles FO) offers a one-stop comprehensive family office solution by providing a wide range of services including independent asset management (IAM), advanced wealth solutions, fund services, risk & resilience services, ensuring we cover all aspects of family governance and family constitutions end-to-end. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Raffles FO is also incorporated in Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing.

We are currently seeking Client Advisors / Relationship Managers, based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing business plans, defining market strategies, taking the lead in active acquisition and management of HNW/UHNW clients and driving sustainable, profitable growth in the Greater China market;
  • Provide market insights, identify business opportunities in the corresponding market and take the lead in leveraging RFO’s resources to provide bespoke services and creative solutions to clients;
  • Report directly to Managing Partner. Collaborate with other senior stakeholders, the investment and support functions, business partners and product/service team to ensure the delivery of business strategy;
  • Understand clients and clients’ associates’ background and drive the Know Your Customer due diligence as a first line of defense, to fulfil related compliance and RFO’s internal requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum six years of experience in relationship management within private banking/ wealth management space and/or for those with core relationships with UHNW/HNW;
  • Solid track record in asset development, asset growth, asset management and revenue generation;
  • Capable of developing and executing a reasonable business plan with growth vision;
  • Extensive market connections and thorough understanding of the market landscape, macro regulatory environment and culture of respective Asia market;
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong client servicing and problem-solving mentality, able to swiftly identify and adapt to clients’ changing needs;
  • Fluent in one of the Asian languages for related markets and fluent in English is highly preferable.
