My client is an established regional corporate services firm. As part of their expansion plan, they are now hiring for a HR Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll operations to ensure precise and timely payroll processing for employees in Singapore. This includes managing applications for relevant government grants and regulatory approvals.
- Generate and prepare reports for management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employee rights by staying updated on regulatory changes and making necessary adjustments to HR practices.
- Assist with managing and updating employee benefits, including medical and hospitalization insurance plans and other benefits.
HR Operations
- Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, support staff engagement efforts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to both employees and management.
- Support talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees, including coordinating with training providers, overseeing career development initiatives, performance management, and succession planning.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
