  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services and liaise with team members from application and infrastructure teams to support operational activities and system enhancements
  • Assist in tracking scope, budget, and schedule for system maintenance and on-going enhancements, providing relevant inputs for management reporting
  • Facilitate requirements workshops to gather user requirements and analyze business processes to deliver clear and well-documented analysis and solutions
  • Support the execution of system-related tasks based on business needs within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  • Participate and contribute to operational activities such as requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation, focusing on enhancing system efficiency
  • Review and provide feedback on project deliverables, such as functional specifications, system test plans, user guides, and operational manuals, in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent, with experience as a Developer / Business Analyst in at least 2 Agile/full project development life cycle
  • Relevant experience in requirement elicitation techniques such as design thinking, persona analysis and customer journey mapping etc.
  • Relevant experience in facilitating user requirement workshops
  • Working experience in using data visualisation tools (i.e. Power BI & Tableau) will be advantageous
  • Relevant experience in handling web-based system applications.
  • Working experience in .Net/J2EE applications; Proficiency and experience in programming (Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with governance, adoption of digital services in enterprise IT environments
