Responsibilities:

•Develop, propose and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and market share expansion

•Define KPIs for e-commerce campaigns

•Evaluate and communicate competitor presence and activities on offline and online mediums

•Produce collateral designs to execute online marketing campaign•Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website

•Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, and prices

•Set and update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotional campaigns

•Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfilment

•Manage online payment gateways and troubleshoot payment issues, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers

•Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders

•Collaborate with the logistic team to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders

•Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and industry standards

•Analyse key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention rate

•Analyse customers data to identify the market trends and opportunities to increase sales

•Lead the digital analytics, marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics to produce report for management

•Other Ad-Hoc duties

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field

•Proven familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Redmart, shopify, shoppee, lazada, content management systems, analytics tools

•3 years working experience in related position

•Experience in E-commerce and digital marketing is a must

•Innovate and demonstrate ability to generate new ideas

•Fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support

•Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential, allow with experience in web merchandising, retailing, market analysis, and website management

•Strong understanding of inventory management systems
