  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Reporting to the Business Head, the successful applicant will:

  • Partner with the senior leadership team to conceptualize, design and implement Learning and Development long term strategies.
  • Strengthen the learning culture by implementing various learning methods company-wide including scholarship programs and e-learning modules.
  • Lead the business on rolling out initiatives such as L&D initiatives and value creation tools using technology platforms.
  • Drive the leadership training programs in partnership with internal & external stakeholders.


The Successful Applicant

As a Successful Applicant, You Will Have
  • Degree in HR, related field with an MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in L&D specialization preferably from a start-up technology organization.
  • Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of driving Talent Management framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
