Job Description
Reporting to the Business Head, the successful applicant will:
- Partner with the senior leadership team to conceptualize, design and implement Learning and Development long term strategies.
- Strengthen the learning culture by implementing various learning methods company-wide including scholarship programs and e-learning modules.
- Lead the business on rolling out initiatives such as L&D initiatives and value creation tools using technology platforms.
- Drive the leadership training programs in partnership with internal & external stakeholders.
As a Successful Applicant, You Will Have
- Degree in HR, related field with an MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in L&D specialization preferably from a start-up technology organization.
- Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of driving Talent Management framework.
- Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
