Job Description

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
  • Required to travel to multiple locations for reception coverage (travel allowance given)

Reception Duties

  • Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining tidiness of Reception area, holding area, meeting rooms and etc

Visitor Management

  • Attending to all guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Issuance and recording of access cards to visitors/guests/CPR colleagues

Mail & Courier Management

  • Recording of daily outgoing postage by department
  • Arranging for outgoing couriers

Administrative

  • Responsible for Ordering/Replenishing/Arranging/ Purchasing/Receiving deliveries of items
  • Assist in event coordination and responsible for catering ordering as and when required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage (administrative and clerical procedures)
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Singaporeans only
