UniPayment is seeking a fluent bilingual (English and Chinese) Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional online support to our clients throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales journey. Your role will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive customer support during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes.
-Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications:
-Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills in both languages.
-Must possess a pink or blue ID card.
-A university degree from any discipline.
-Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
-In-depth product knowledge with the ability to provide professional advice.

What We Offer:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: SGD $2,800 - $3,500 per month
Location: Singapore, Central Region (In-person role)
