Responsibilities
You will have to attend to customers’ inquiries and complaints after sales/lease of properties. You will be handling purchases, coordinating with the clerk of work/site staff in planning, coordinating and liasing with the purchasers/tenants on the handling-over, renovations, reinstatement, upgrading, refurbishment, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma in Building Management or Maintenance or
- GCE ‘A’ Level with knowledge in the Building Industry of Commercial and Residential Building
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and able to communicate well with all level
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate
