This is an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Group HR Officer to join our Human Resources department which is a key part of the workplace responsible for the strategic management and development of our employees, in line with business needs, ensuring that all policies are implemented correctly and effectively. By joining this team, you will provide excellent service to our valued employees, and contribute to our company's success.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Supports the maintenance and administration of the global HR department archives and personnel databases.
  • Maintain an understanding of the various IT platforms, eg SharePoint, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, iLearn, and keep updated as required.
  • Supports the development and implementation of global HR projects and policies to meet global organisation requirements.
  • Collaborate and drive process harmonisation across countries/ business entities together with HR teams.
  • Respond to Group HR queries via the ticketing desk
  • Supports Group HR Manager with running of annual performance management processes, including training of HR teams and staff.
  • Build reports and presentations by collecting and analysing available data from various platforms and databases.
  • Perform administrative/coordination work to Group HR team
  • Perform statistical analysis and reporting for management / HR teams

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or any related field
  • 1-3 years of working experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT-related fields
  • Experience working with HRIS systems will be an advantage
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and effective communications skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft business applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Passion for people.
