Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales action plans and strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with business partners to explore and secure new business opportunities.
  • Actively seek out and engage potential clients, while continuously monitoring and enhancing current business channels.
  • Lead and oversee new projects from inception to successful completion, including seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for clients, with focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets to drive profitability.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies for E-commerce platforms.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with E-commerce platform partners and develop a content calendar for marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about current trends and demands within the FMCG sector.
  • Consolidate statistical data, manage databases, and prepare insightful reports.
  • Efficiently manage relationships with internal and external business partners, and build good connections with customers and distributors.
  • Handle negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, customer specifications, and promotional strategies.


Job Requirements:

  • A professional education certification in Business and Sales related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales and Business development experience in FMCG or F&B field
  • Independent, excellent communication skills, confident
  • Entrepreneurial, result-driven, adaptable
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
