A leading organization in the community health sector is looking for an experienced candidate to join them.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic planning initiatives that contributes towards the review, translation and communication of company’s strategy
  • Analyse and share the impact of interweaving issues on ageing and community care
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with various divisions and stakeholders for effective sense-making and responses
  • Support prioritisation of initiatives and evaluation of study trips through frameworks
  • Assist to implement impact measurements
  • Support the development of content such as meeting materials for Chairman & CEO
  • Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, policy or corporate development
  • Some experience in the health care sector Or Social Care Sector will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
