  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client, an international heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead HSE programs across the APAC region. This role involves extensive travel to ensure that installations and maintenance services adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and safety across multiple locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards during installations and maintenance services.
  • Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, ensuring high awareness of health and environmental protocols.
  • Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and other safety events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture and environmental responsibility across the region.
  • Stay updated on relevant HSE laws, regulations, and best practices, especially those affecting the APAC region.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external regulatory agencies on all HSE-related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, ideally within the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations across the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to ensuring safety compliance.
