We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital marketing and a keen interest in the modest fashion industry. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to enhance our brand’s presence in the digital space. You will play a critical role in driving e-commerce sales through digital channels, with a particular focus on livestreaming and engaging content creation.

The ideal candidate is passionate about both fashion and marketing, with a deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics. You should be tech-savvy, creative, and strategic, with the ability to use online platforms to boost our brand’s visibility and sales. Fresh grad is welcome!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social Media & Livestreaming: Manage and host livestream sessions to showcase new collections and engage with our online community. Develop and generate compelling content for our social media platforms that resonates with our target audience.
  • Digital Marketing Strategies: Stay abreast of online marketing trends and continuously refine our strategies to remain competitive. Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, brand awareness, and competitor activities.
  • E-Commerce Sales: Ensure that our products are strategized efficiently on all sales channels (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok) , optimizing listings for search and conversion.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Maintain relationships with media vendors, influencers, and other partners to collaborate on promotional activities and brand campaigns.
  • Product Listings & E-Commerce Management: Ensure that our products are accurately and attractively listed on all sales channels, optimizing listings for search and conversion.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging, and logos using software like Canva. Ensure all graphics align with the brand’s aesthetic.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Social Media Platforms (Meta, TikTok); Photo & Video Editing.
  • Live-selling: Experience in live streaming or video content creation preferred.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Malay (to communicate with Malay customers and Malaysian vendors).
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Familiarity with TikTok/Reels and livestreaming platforms.
  • Experience in the modest or fast fashion industry, particularly within Singapore & Malaysia.
  • A background in digital marketing or communications with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand.
