Work closely and reporting to the Finance Manager, this role offers a great balance of interesting and challenging work in a brilliant work environment with exposure across many business units. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accuracy in manage, support, and review the Company’s expense analysis & reporting. He/she will also be support and assist in cash analysis and investment reporting. The ultimate goal will be to contribute to our organization’s quality accounting, financial reporting, and financial needs. Moreover, the candidate must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and budgeting – Preparation and analysis of regional expenses for the purpose of annual business plan, forecast, actual v/s plan and forecast.
  • Assist in aligning expenses allocation across departments, stakeholders, and various related Chubb entities.
  • Support & assist in Cash Analysis (weekly, monthly & quarterly).
  • Support & assist in Investment Reporting (weekly, monthly & quarterly).
  • Support in driving process improvement initiatives within controllership segment.
  • Assist in the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and commentary for submission to Group Entity.
  • Assist in US GAAP to Local STAT reconciliation reviews.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with major in Accounting and Finance.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role / MNC with OPEX management experience preferred.
  • Candidates from financial audit background will be considered favorably.
  • Comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong sense of numbers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive individual focused on process improvements, ability to think and act innovatively.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with TM1, Oracle-PeopleSoft, Cognos and Alteryx will be a plus.
