  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

What will You do:

  • Build strong relationships with customer key contacts for clients’ timely payments.
  • Manage how outsourced partners collect payments, manage escalations and ensuring they follow the rules and achieve the collection target
  • Understand clients' needs and products to find and fix problems that lead to late payments.
  • Quickly solve billing and payment issues by working with Finance, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Assist customers in adopting process changes and new offerings to improve billing and payment experience and provide customer feedback to process and product management teams.
  • Drive operationally efficient solutions that are rooted in a thorough understanding of our customer’s needs, our products, our processes and systems

What do you need:

  • 3 to 4 years experience
  • Account Management or Portfolio Management Account Receivable Collections similar finance operation roles / Customer Relationship Management.
  • Specific Tools or Applications experience, Excel,
  • Understand Billing Comfortable with enforcement & conflict management
