  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a fast growing financial institution.

The Role

  • Oversee the existing portfolio of compliance operations products and systems, ensuring performance, addressing incidents, and identifying areas for enhancement or growth.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to fully understand compliance processes, regulations, and financial policies.
  • Translate complex regulations into user-friendly, effective, and compliant product features. Collaborate with Engineering to implement compliance solutions within products.
  • Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to improve compliance workflows and user experience (20% focus).
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, prioritizing compliance features based on regulatory requirements, business needs, and user feedback.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance features, recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Stay informed of financial regulations and industry trends, identifying opportunities to refine compliance products.

The Profile

  • At least 7 years of experience in Compliance/Risk-related product management or internal system/tool management roles, preferably in finance or tech; crypto experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of product and project management principles with technical expertise to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulations such as AML/KYC, GDPR, and PCI-DSS, and their impact on product design.
  • Strong time management and coordination skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams effectively
