Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in maintaining and enhancing project management frameworks and processes. This includes developing, implementing, and continuously improving project management methodologies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Perform detailed phase inspections of the SDLC from the initial phase to closure. This includes verifying that each phase of the project meets predefined criteria and milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Identify and give feedback on any project-related issues. This includes reviewing project plans, checking detailed task lists, resource allocation, risk management plans, and contingency strategies to ensure effective project handling and enhancement to project completeness and thoroughness.
  • Conduct governance and compliance checks to ensure project managers are adopting and practicing project management in alignment with the stipulated model.
  • Conduct thorough QA reviews to ensure the required project artefacts are present, complete, and of acceptable quality.
  • Perform comprehensive project reviews and assessments, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to senior management for improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate project and quality related discussions, formalize outcomes, and ensure follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Provide operational support as needed, assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth project execution

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience, having completed several full SDLC projects from the initial phase to the closure stage.
  • Completion of formal training in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, with excellent knowledge of project delivery, documentation, and the content and expectation of the artefacts is required
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance and controls
  • Able to work independently to conduct review, inspection, assessment, and provide recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in English for writing and presenting, engaging stakeholders, and communication.
  • Relevant experience in project audit, governance, and compliance would be beneficial.
  • Meticulous and patience, with a positive attitude, taking up multiple assignments would be the key attributes to be successful in the role.
