We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Regional Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the FP&A function and providing advisory to operational matters in relation to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  2. Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  3. Review standard operating procedures relating to fixed & current assets, including assessment of asset obsolescence.
  4. Review monthly reconciliation schedules relating to bank balances, payables, inter-company balances etc.
  5. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
  6. Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation required for audits.
  7. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to handle Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and GST filing.
  8. Correspond with various other departments, discussing plans and recommending future courses of actions.
  9. Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team.
  10. Provide mentorship and coaching the finance team members across SEAO region.
  11. Coordinate financial reporting from Singapore and overseas offices for reviewing and consolidation purpose.
  12. Handle ad hoc reports from HQ and other financial reports.
  13. Prepare statutory consolidated financial statement

Requirements:

A Degree in Accountancy or other professional qualifications such as ACCA.

  1. Minimum 6 -10 years of working experience, with proven operational excellence record.
  2. Fluent in English and Korean language to support regional scope for SEAO Region.
  3. Working knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous.
  4. Experience working for MNCs with dynamic ERP system.
  5. Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, law & regulations, concepts and systems to ensure compliance, internal controls and timely and accurate financial statements.
  6. Experience in advertising business or service industry is preferred.
