Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Provide strong support in various Green Harvesting initiatives, to rejuvenate talent pipeline.
- Manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
- Provide support on talent programs to recruit, develop, and retain fresh talents graduated from Institutes of Higher Learning.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide effective solutions.
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Green Harvesting and talent management.
- Proven experience in talent management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
