  • Manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
  • Provide support on talent programs to recruit, develop, and retain fresh talents graduated from Institutes of Higher Learning.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Green Harvesting and talent management.
