  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Purpose of the position

We are looking for a candidate who will be working with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a full time internship, that will last for 6 months, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Update, upgrade and maintain financial dashboards for new year set up following managerial organization
  • Consolidate top line actual data for communication to management
  • Consolidate forecasts to assess the company’s future operations results
  • Generate department P&L on a monthly basis
  • Prepare graphs and perform large data analysis on business units activity trends for monthly business reviews
  • Liaise with various stakeholders during forecasting exercises: HR, supply, sales
  • Work on special ad-hoc projects to streamline processes
  • Perform any other duties and assist with other financial tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting and/or equivalent
  • Strong in MS Excel
  • Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
  • Strong in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understand the need for confidentiality.
  • Team player who is self-driven with initiative
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High-energy, creative, proactive, and resourceful
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eye for details and willing to take on challenges.
