There is now an exciting opportunity to join its group People division and reimagine the firm's performance management function, to position the firm as a talent-driven and high-performing organization with best in class people practices.

Responsibilities

You will lead a transformational agenda, reshaping how the firm approaches performance management, talent mobility and development. You will develop and implement cutting-edge strategies that move beyond traditional performance management, creating a dynamic, agile, and outcome-focused culture. This is a rare opportunity to redefine the function and play a pivotal role in ensuring its people are empowered to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for building innovative performance frameworks, integrating continuous feedback mechanisms, and foster a high-performance, results-oriented environment, embedding a mindset of excellence and accountability at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in transforming people performance management functions and driving the associated change in creating high performance cultures in major organisations. You have strong understanding of modern performance management trends, frameworks, tools, processes and systems, including agile performance processes, continuous feedback, and data-driven talent strategies. You have experience in influencing senior leaders to align performance objectives with overall business strategy, and an analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive performance and talent decisions.
