Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in executing marketing events to enhance outreach to prospects and agents eg. networking activities, site tours and trade exhibitions
  • Assist to liaise with advertising agencies and vendors on offline marketing advertisements and signages
  • Manage property listings and ads on various third-party property platforms to increase visibility of CapitaLand properties amongst property searchers
  • Work closely with the Leasing team and agencies to produce/update library of marketing assets for agents and prospects. These include property videos, virtual tours, brochures, factsheets and websites
  • Manage agent enrolments in CapitaLand Workspace Agent Portal for smooth onboarding experience
  • Work with Leasing team to administer the Agent Incentive Scheme payouts, identify discrepancies and rectify system computations, where necessary
  • Assist in creating and sending of monthly eDMs to update agents on space availability and to maintain their interest in marketing CapitaLand Workspaces
  • Update agent/prospect databases and edm subscriptions through the CRM system to improve database quality for direct marketing
  • Handle and qualify leads generated from various digital platforms eg. social media, Telegram and WhatsApp
  • Collation of monthly Marketing reports
  • Perform administrative duties such as creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices using the SAP software and other day-to-day/ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Canva
  • Candidates with good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, video editing software, and have a keen eye for design will have added advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, meticulous and able to work independently
