Job Summary:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Executives. This position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in the banking industry. As a Loan Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks related to loan creation, disbursement of SME loans, and processing audit confirmation requests.
Responsibilities:
Perform completeness check on audit confirmation request form/online request from customers/auditors
Daily processing/data input of customer request on timely and accurate basis
Verification of customers/auditors instruction against bank system
Attend to enquiries from stakeholders pertaining to request handling
Manageexception cases and escalate to team lead if necessary
Requirements:
Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to handle enquiries from stakeholders.
Ability to manage exception cases and escalate issues as needed.
Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in banking and finance.
Familiarity with banking systems and processes is a plus.
