What You Will Be Working On
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
- Drive the SWP project by collaborating with internal stakeholders to formulate MOM's workforce transformation strategies that align with MOM's organizational goals. This includes conducting workforce analysis to identify trends, gaps, and risks, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Design career planning initiatives to support employee growth and retention (e.g. internal and external posting opportunities).
- Drive Competency Driven Growth discussion with policy owners based on workforce analytics and insights.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance career planning processes to improve effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Candidates with experience in workforce planning and project management.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of managing complex data with precision and clarity.
- Professionals who excel in stakeholder management and possess strong organisational planning abilities.
- Adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication.
