The Opportunity

We are searching for an individual who is passionate about the hospitality business to join our dynamic Brands team, responsible for driving 360 brand management strategies to create differentiated and desirable signature brand experiences across Ascott’s award-winning serviced residence and hotel brands.

As a brand guardian, you will be part of a team driving the positioning, development, marketing and measurement of brands as well as corporate branding to build brand equity across the company’s global hospitality portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand resources including stories, standards and guidelines, and materials; collaborate closely with corporate departments at HQ and various geographies to ensure requirements are clear and relevant
  • Engage with other departments and country clusters to drive flagships and brand pilots, as well as provide support for pre-opening properties, such as copywriting of brand collaterals and campaigns
  • Plan, coordinate and execute corporate and brand campaigns and launches, both online and offline, that contribute to the consistent growth of brand value
  • Serve as brand guardian to ensure alignment of standards and protection of IPs; update, maintain and manage brand guidelines and corporate identities including corporate stationery and internal and external signages
  • Monitor, measure and analyse the positioning and performance of brands within the company and among competitors to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Review and manage property images for the Brand Resource Centre and online media library
  • Manage and upload content on brand website

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Branding, Marketing or Communications
  • 5 years’ experience in branding and marketing; fresh graduates with good business skills may apply
  • Independent worker with good organisation skills
  • Some design software skills including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
  • Creative and curious individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across various job functions and countries
  • Good command of English and Chinese for liaison/ communication with the Chinese market.
