  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading and directing the marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives for the packaging industry. This role involves overseeing the marketing department, ensuring the successful promotion of products and services, and driving growth through innovative marketing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the development of branding initiatives, including packaging design, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze product performance and adapt strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Utilize market research and customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Qulifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in the packaging industry or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, content management systems).
  • Willing to be relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia.
