Our client, a leading Multinational American Technology company, is looking for a driven and seasoned Program Manager in managing the planning, execution, and oversight of various projects, particularly marketing and product adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, communication, and organization, with proven experience in successfully handling complex marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to ensure coordinated efforts in developing and executing marketing programs for advertisers and agencies.
  • Lead initiatives across multiple teams, working with stakeholders to monitor readiness plans, track milestones, and address risks and issues as they arise.
  • Identify potential obstacles, balance business needs with technical and operational limitations, and mediate between teams to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Oversee information flow and communication processes, including executive updates, issue escalations, and documentation management.
  • Engage with internal teams to promote awareness of available programs and opportunities while providing educational support on relevant materials.
  • Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to evaluate program performance, measure ROI, and provide insights to improve existing processes or develop new ones.
  • Manage projects involving multiple teams across program management, engineering, product, and marketing.
  • Create and tailor program materials, communications, and collateral to suit different stakeholders, audiences, and markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At Least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proactive and able to prioritize tasks while communicating priorities effectively to leadership and stakeholders across regions.
  • Strong operational mindset, adept at bringing teams together to improve efficiency.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones, with an understanding of regional differences; experience in global activities is a plus.
  • Skilled in east-west coordination and building relationships across all levels.
  • Comfortable with the fast pace and ambiguity often found in start-up environments.
  • Experience managing budgets for both individual projects and broader initiatives.
  • Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Ability to analyze data, adapt to new software, and create reports with actionable insights.
  • Strong skills in developing presentations and communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in marketing programs or sales is preferred.
  • Open to 6 months with a chance of renewal
