  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling and coordinating vehicle usage.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
  • Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to support construction projects and operations.
  • Manage the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between sites and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including transportation schedules and inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on fleet performance, logistics operations, and associated costs to management.
  • Maintain detailed records of fleet maintenance, transportation activities, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for fleet operations.
  • Support the logistics team with general administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Construction or equivalent
  • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant fleet / transportation experience, preferable in the construction industries
  • Good understanding of fleet management practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is highly preferred
