As a part of the NCS Group NEXT Team, you will drive the strategic growth of data and AI transformation with clients, grow data capabilities, lead customer engagements, shape and be responsible for the successful delivery of data and AI projects. Some of the areas of responsibilities, include:
Data & AI Services
Develop and grow data and AI services revenue across industries and across the region. Originate and shape opportunities with clients. Oversee the end to end development of proposals and solutions from presales to solutioning and delivery, including in response to Tender/RFP/RFI processes.
Capabilities and Skills Building
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, engineers, and architects, ensuring the growth and development of relevant capabilities, skills, and competencies.
Customer Engagement
Partner with clients in public and private sector to strategise the use of data and AI to solve business problems, advise clients on their AI agenda, shape and implement impactful solutions.
Innovation
Lead and drive innovation in techniques, solutioning, data engineering and AL/ML applications, ensuring the team remains at the cutting edge of the industry. Develop and present compelling value propositions to clients.
Delivery
Responsible for the successful implementation and quality delivery of data & AI projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, project efficiency and positive business outcome.
Thought Leadership & Partnership
Serve as a thought leader in Data & AI, engaging with clients and external stakeholders to advocate for advanced analytics and its transformative impact on organizations. Build and maintain effective partnerships that enhance Data & AI service offerings and accelerate time to market.

You should possess proven experience in leading Data & Artificial Intelligence teams and projects, with a strong background in Data Engineering, AI Technologies, business strategy or related fields. Demonstrated ability to innovate and stay ahead of industry trends in Data & AI.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership are critical, with the ability to influence other stakeholders, who are themselves running IT services organisations serving customers. You would be forward looking, proactive and persevering to press ahead to resolve issues and to bring about improvements to the NCS community, amidst competing priorities, and competing demands for time and resources.
Able to thrive in a high growth environment with good ability to manage team operations and financials. Proactive and collaborative with the ability to ideate and manage new initiatives, while demonstrating a hands-on and highly organized approach to all tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to adapt and embrace evolving, fast changing environments.
