Job Description

• Position Title: Data Entry (Part Time)
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 2-3 days (Tuesday, Thursday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $1,000
• Duration: 2 months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in entering Purchase Orders (P/O) for every sales entry.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency in the sales admin system.
• Support the sales admin team with additional data entry tasks as needed.
• Perform routine checks to ensure all entered data is complete and accurate.

• Previous experience in data entry is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
