In this role, you must be nimble and will lead the team in product launch delivery in cross-functional areas and ensures successful implementation across multiple platforms.

As part of this dynamic role, you will be actively involved in the product launch project and accountable for the product launch deliverables.

From time to time, you will lead adhoc projects that will bring value to the team and organisation.

You will report to Product Delivery Team Leads and collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve our strategic KPIs.

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor the new product launch projects to ensure prompt delivery and implementation of products with quality.
  • Drive discussions and engage the stakeholders and propose solutions that will meet business objectives.
  • Proactively address the stakeholders’ needs and concerns with feasible solutions to deliver the best outcome.
  • Discuss and evaluate alternative solutions with Information Technology.
  • Collaborate and prioritise the changes with the stakeholders so that the agreed launch timeline will not be impacted.
  • Coach, mentor and empower the team so that the team will have a progressive and elevated learning experience in their delivery and growth.
  • Translate and review business requirements from the team into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.

Working Experience

  • At least 5 years of direct working experience in the insurance industry
  • Experience in managing projects and stakeholders.


Education

  • Diploma / Degree or equivalent or equivalent professional qualifications
