Job Description
- Manage and monitor the new product launch projects to ensure prompt delivery and implementation of products with quality.
- Drive discussions and engage the stakeholders and propose solutions that will meet business objectives.
- Proactively address the stakeholders’ needs and concerns with feasible solutions to deliver the best outcome.
- Discuss and evaluate alternative solutions with Information Technology.
- Collaborate and prioritise the changes with the stakeholders so that the agreed launch timeline will not be impacted.
- Coach, mentor and empower the team so that the team will have a progressive and elevated learning experience in their delivery and growth.
- Translate and review business requirements from the team into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
