Digital Division’s IT Group (ITG) supports the IT needs for DSO’s enterprise and R&D functions. ITG oversees the development and operations of core IT infrastructure, enterprise networks, and enterprise applications.

Business Analyst (2 Year Contract)

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, and ensure the fulfilment of these requirements into the suite of Enterprise Applications, mainly for the SAP ECC migration to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Manage functional areas of the project, e.g draft requirements specifications, user stories and test cases in accordance to the business requirements
  • Test and validate data, applications and systems pre, during and post changes
  • Analyse issues reported, and recommend actions/processes to be taken to resolve the issues
  • Optimise existing process through business process engineering
  • Assist the Project Manager in the management of project, across the full project lifecycle
  • Work with vendor to produce project management documents, and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle
  • Plan and schedule meetings with project leadership, in consultation with vendor team

Requirements

  • Degree / Master in Computer Information Systems / Computer Science / Computer Studies / Computer Technology
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR and FI/CO functional domains
  • Knowledge in (a) Testing practices like Unit Testing, Load Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (b) UX/UI Design (c) Waterfall/Agile Development Cycle
  • Knowledge in SAP functional domains such as HR, FI, CO configurations, transactions, business process, scheduler
  • Self-driven and proactive in keeping up with new technologies
  • Able to work both independently as well as with a team
  • Professional certifications will be an added advantage, e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, SAP Certified Application Associate - Treasury with SAP S/4HANA (SAP S/4HANA 2020), SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 2021), SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 2021), Project Management Professional (PMP), etc
