Job Description

We are seeking a Training Administrator (3-month contract) to support Wave 3 of Project Horizon. In the role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining training schedules, managing participant communications, reporting end-user training attendance, and certification for Wave 3 of Project Horizon.

Responsibilities

Event & Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics for events, including booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches, coordinating participants, and preparing materials. Track attendance and progress, and generate training program reports.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

Key Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with trainers and participants. Must be resourceful, collaborative, independent, and able to make quick decisions.
