Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans designed to meet and exceed sales targets, while driving market expansion and growth.
  • Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and nurture strong, lasting relationships with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals, ensuring our products are trusted and valued.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage technical inquiries with precision, providing timely and effective solutions for both pre- and post-sales quality or technical issues.
  • Product Expertise & Demonstrations: Lead in-service training, product demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations, empowering healthcare professionals with the knowledge to excel.
  • Proactive Communication: Act swiftly to communicate any product or supply issues to the Quality Assurance team and manufacturers, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Marketing & Innovation: Contribute to marketing initiatives and stay at the forefront of industry trends, including product R&D and emerging technologies.
  • Education & Training: Educate both internal teams and external stakeholders on our products, ensuring a deep understanding of their benefits and applications.
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory control efforts and manage stock consignment to customers, ensuring optimal product availability.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Technology, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: More than 1 year of dedicated sales and support experience in surgical cases within an operating theatre environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the clinical landscape.
  • Adaptable & Independent: A quick learner who thrives in team settings and is equally capable of working independently, ensuring seamless support in high-pressure situations.
  • Composure Under Pressure: Mature and resilient, with the ability to handle the demands of case support in the operating theatre with confidence and poise.
