About Our Client

My client is a leading industrial laundry equipment manufacturer with a strong presence in Europe, the States, and the EMEA region. They are looking for their first hire here as an expansion strategy to grow their market share in the APAC region.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be an ambassador for their brand, helping them to establish the channel and distribution network across the region. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales, you will have high visibility to top management, offering huge upside potential for career growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve department goals.
  • Develop and establish new channel partnership across the region.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with current clients to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new prospects to grow our customer base.
  • Create competitive offers that meet client and business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and timely delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery as per customer agreements.
  • Serve as primary contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to foster collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance customer service and credibility.
  • Support marketing activities to enhance client engagement.
  • Collaborate with HQ on new sales initiatives and developments.


The Successful Applicant

  • At least a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or any related field
  • Experience in regional sales and channel development, preferably in the laundry equipment industry.
  • Able to travel up to 70% travel
