About The Team

We are looking for dynamic and motivated marketers to join our SG Marketing User Growth team. Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities. In this User Growth role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing campaigns to optimise traffic, Share of Voice (SOV), buyer conversion, and longer-term user retention. End-to-end campaign management experience is required, where key tasks include managing operational workflows as well as post-campaign analysis, ultimately increasing user engagement through the different projects that you manage. Scope of the overall User Growth team includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online marketing and SEO - strengthen Shopee’s overall SOV, drive traffic, and orders to the platform
  • New user acquisition– oversees full funnel of installs, registers, leading to new buyer acquisition
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - design and manage user lifecycle initiatives to maximise customer retention and lifetime value
  • Shopee Members Club / Coins – drive in-app traffic and overall user engagement

Job Description

  • Identify opportunities and execute projects that result in areas of User Growth for the overall platform, and/or achieve specific platform objectives (Acquisition, Churn reactivation, Order or GMV-driving initiatives), through user identification and prioritisation of target audience, proposing optimal voucher mechanics/landing pages/messaging, result analysis, and subsequent campaign re-iteration
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross functional teams, to understand key levers of other Shopee programs to drive specific outcomes
  • Responsible for budget management, target setting and campaign performance
  • Review and analyse brand health tracking results and identify key areas for brand performance and new growth opportunities
  • Support the delivery of local and regional research projects (questionnaire design, link testing, scripting, data analysis) that translates to actionable recommendations that has strong implications for the business
  • Support digital media campaign execution that generates brand awareness, user growth and sales across Google, social media platforms and programmatic
  • Work with in-house creative teams to develop assets required for digital media campaigns
  • Assist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and work on improvement plans with the regional SEO team (E.g., keyword expansion and optimisation)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Management, Marketing, or other relevant courses
  • 2-4 years of industry experience in e-Commerce, tech, or digital marketing is a plus
  • Familiar with A/B testing, and proficient in quantitative analysis as well as performance metrics
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google suite
