Job responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients (Business Development) and foster positive & long-term relationships.
  • Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in full cycle of recruitment process including source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • At least 3 years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role in recruitment agency
  • Independent, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets
  • Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
