  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

General Summary
  • Supervise, lead and manage a production and engineering support team in achieving target output, yield and lead time.
  • Maximize manpower, equipment and resources to achieve high operating efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead/Support operation in achieving consistent equipment performance, product quality, operation efficiency,
  • Coordinate with planner in production schedule to maximize the line utilization.
  • Plan and analyze the WIP, resources and activities in ensuring line continuity.
  • Effective line management and lot movement to meet OTD.
  • Provide first level technical judgment for abnormality detected in the production floor.
  • Establish cross-training plans and proper certifications and re-certifications for respective team.
  • Responsible in managing the shift manpower and achieving the turnover target
  • Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.
  • Together with engineering team, effectively establish executable WI and SOP.
  • Drive together with Engineers in minimizing scraps and mishandling in the line.
