The Opportunity

You will be part of team in championing Learning & Engagement activities for Singapore-based employees.

Learning Portfolio:

The key responsibilities will include
  • researching and identifying appropriate learning partners;
  • providing support in crafting and contextualizing learning content that are business relevant and impactful;
  • handling and administering learning application approvals, sponsorships and bond-related matters;
  • Stay current on learning trends and methodologies covering generic employability, functional (service / sales / new-economy) or management / leadership development programmes;
  • Administering and tracking the on-boarding and completion rates for in-house Code of Conduct / Ethics programme
  • providing logistical support for all programmes;
  • being assigned as the main liaison for internship applications, allocations, onboarding and offboarding of interns;
  • playing an active role in learning communications for assigned social media platforms. Ideally, you are familiar with micro-learning / bite-sized learning methodology and has a keen interest to move towards user-generated content authoring concept. You are comfortable with learning technology tools and applications, in and able to operate with nimbleness while keeping to structure.

Engagement Portfolio:

The key responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and implementing the annual calendar on employee engagement activities and touchpoints. Such may include annual town-halls, celebrations and engagement events etc, to foster a positive employee experience.
  • Organize, implement, and coordinate with colleagues across 6 locations in Singapore for meaningful events, programmes, activities.
  • Marshal resources, encourage and solicit employees' participations for events.
  • Assuming different roles for engagement activities as needed, e.g. emcee, logistics planning / coordination etc.

Requirements: Do you have the following requirements?
  • Preferred that you have a Diploma in Business / Human Resources with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably with Learning and/or Employee Engagement;
  • You enjoy in-person interaction (over digital) and subscribe to the mind-set of continuous learning and is keenly aware of the latest trends on HR, L&D or Employee Engagement;
  • Meticulous, diligent and the perseverance to see things through; conviction to stay on course towards enabling the company to be a Learning Organisation;
  • You have initiative, enjoy planning and organizing programmes and activities for meaningful outcomes.
  • You embrace change, are able to operate with discipline and rigour, are highly adaptable to changing business environment and thrive in a collaborative environment.
