We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our client, a leading cloud consulting firm. In this role, you will work closely with Partnership, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive sales and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a territory plan with clear account prioritization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand customer pain points, challenges, and priorities, positioning our solutions to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with senior management on pricing discussions and proposal reviews to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven success in B2B or B2G sales, with established industry connections.
- A strong track record of building and managing relationships with senior-level clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to listen and empathize.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
