  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the Operations Transformation team in the Total Mission Management (TMM) Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of digital products that will achieve cost savings, reduce flight disruptions and improve speed to decision-making
  • Administrate and maintain user records to the Operations Control Centre System (OCCS) and TMM EIM dashboards
  • Perform investigation and troubleshooting with end-users on reported issues/bugs and work with IT to resolve these in a timely manner
  • Participate and support testing (i.e. User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-end testing) to ensure that new features are rolled out smoothly
  • Identify opportunities for new use cases, working closely with operational stakeholders and the IT team
  • Ensure digital outcome metrics are met through continuous process, system improvement and user feedback
  • Support the Operations Transformation team with other duties as required

Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Independent worker with ability to work under pressure
