About The Company

Our client is a well established MNC in the APAC region and are known to be major producers of printers, photocopiers and optical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Primary escalation points for the client on account service delivery issues
  • Manage a small team of junior staff to meet clients' SLAs and KPIs whenever necessary
  • Establish SOPs and drive processes compliance
  • Manage clients' expectations and build relationships thru regular and scheduled engagements to share monthly progress reports and achievements.
  • Responsible for timely, accurate data reporting and client billing for both internal and external parties
  • Initiate and drive incident closure with preventive and reactive actions to recover client confidence.
  • Handle small project changes such as moving, adding, changing, and deleting assets.
  • Ensure you do not discriminate against, harass, or bully co-workers, prospective co-workers, subcontractors, visitors, clients, or customers and ensure you treat people with fairness and respect in the performance of your duties.
  • Ensure all company policies, including Business Management System and Security policies and procedures are adhered.
  • Ensure Work Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered.
  • Ensure that you, and employees within your area of responsibility, take care at all times to work in a safe manner and report workplace hazards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder. Non-Diploma holders with 1 year of experience in service delivery management will be considered
  • Basic understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing in the market, solutions Grid technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good understanding of processes and requirements with the ability to identify areas of improvement
  • Good Organization skills
  • Good time management ability to meet agreed client and internal timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
