  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
  • Conduct scrum ceremonies and lead the scrum team.
  • Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
  • Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
  • Assist in the testing and validation process to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders and participating in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
  • Understand the IT management, quality management policy and guidelines to ensure the system are designed to comply with these policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.

Job Requirements
  • Singaporean only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, designing application solutions or in a similar role with a technical focus.
  • Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
  • Knowledge in data analytics tools such as Tableau / Power BI, business analysis tools like Visio/Miro.
  • Strong proficiency in stakeholder management.
  • Experience in programming (Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Selenium, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Experience with low code platform, data analytics, cloud, design thinking and service design will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in full SDLC / PDLC using Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
  • Prior experience in E-services applications/systems delivery/procurement process.
