  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and follow all relevant operating procedures.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily issue.
  • Plan orders to align with customers' shipment delivery and collection needs.
  • Collect and prepare data, and submit accurate reports as needed.
  • Manage cycle count administration.
  • Ensure all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed promptly and efficiently.
  • Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives and implement necessary changes.
  • Report any non-conformances in receiving to the Executive
  • Be prepared to lift goods weighing approximately 15-20 kg when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VBA.
  • Experience in developing and using operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
