Job Title: Social Media Marketing Admin - TikTok, IG, FB & Shopee (Intern or Full-Time)

About Us:
We are an innovative and fast-growing business seeking a proactive and highly organized Social Media Marketing Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing TikTok and Shopee Seller Center operations and familiar with Upmesh and IG back-end systems. This role will be heavily involved in managing our full supply chain, from product listing to after-sales care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings across TikTok, Shopee, IG, BigSeller and FB platforms.
- Develop and execute target plans for livestreaming campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies.
- Track inventory levels and ensure accurate data across all platforms.
- Coordinate customer communications, including inquiries, feedback, and support, across all channels.
- Oversee logistics, including managing 3PL partners and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Supervise pick, pack, and labeling processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle after-sales care to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello, and Calendar for efficient planning and project management.
Requirements:
- Experience and familiarity with TikTok and Shopee Seller Center.
- Familiarity with the Upmesh platform and IG back-end operations.
- Experience in managing full supply chain operations from product listing to after-sales care.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello, and Calendaring tools (strong bonus).
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English (mandatory), Korean woudl be a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to be flexible with work hours due to regular evening areangements for livestreaming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, FB, BigSeller and digital marketing skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
