As an Executive, Pharmacy (Learning & Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Support the head in advancing innovation and excellence in professional development across which involves designing and implementing progressive training programs to enhance pharmacy practice.
Offering learning support to staff and managers, developing relevant curricula, and tracking professional competencies.
Design and implement innovative professional training initiatives that align with key clinical indicators and future healthcare trends.
Identify and engage with external training providers to source relevant courses that promote professional growth and enhance staff engagement.
Ensure timely registration of staff for professional development courses, maintain accurate training records, and consolidate data into a monthly report.
Provide secretariat support and actively contribute to the Professional Development Workgroup
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
