As a NAND PDTL (Product Development Team Lead), you will be responsible for leading the development of pathfinding and future nodes technologies towards NAND products as an Engineering Execution Team leader. In this role, you will lead the global, cross-functional effort with the goal to accelerate NAND development to achieve best in class technological and cost leadership. You will drive a direct and matrixed team as a TCV PDT leader with clear ownership and accountability on the test chip vehicles roadmap towards each technology node development for the future NAND Products.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Defining and driving test chip vehicles development roadmaps, validation and small volume data collection strategies,
- Manage schedules and execution plans to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Lead cross-functional development teams and facilitate decision-making processes to advance test chips towards product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams- design, technology development, packaging, manufacturing, and quality to integrate effective risk management practices early in the development stages.
- Manage decision making in leading test chip towards product development,
- Act as a single point of contact with accountability to ensure the key test chip deliverables and schedule of the project are met On Time.
- In this highly impactful and visible role, you will lead Test Chip Steering committee for roadmap approvals and Critical Program Reviews to discuss test chip vehicles program status and direction with executives and ratify key decisions.
Qualifications and Education:
- Have 10+ years of experience in NAND memories or semiconductor manufacturing and/or system/process development.
- Bachelor/Masters or equivalent engineering degree required.
- Strong understanding of NAND technology with breadth of knowledge expanding from NAND process fabrication to NAND component reliability and packaging interaction.
- Strong understanding of NAND product and applications with breadth of knowledge on NAND devices with direct working experience in NAND memory and NAND to system interaction.
- Demonstrated capability to lead urgent, broad, cross-functional technical issues to closure with creative, effective solutions.
- Matrix Management experience leading a distributed team, good organizational skills, and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
- Excellent up-leveling and communication skills, for leadership of program review and issue-based meetings with engineering and business unit executives.
- Ability to delegate tasks and set priorities in a team environment.
- Have worked in a program management function before and able to drive complex development projects.
