Key Responsibilities:
Programme Management: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive programme plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and industry standards.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health (MOH), A*STAR, and mRNA foundry industry partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Budget Oversight: Oversee and manage programme budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support programme goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure the successful rollout of programmes, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Track programme progress and performance within the organisation and among international partners, providing regular updates and detailed reports to senior management.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all programme deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in programme management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of mRNA technology and its applications is highly desirable.
