Minimum Requirements:

  • A-level Holder / Diploma Holder
  • Experience in customer service and is comfortable with speaking to parents over the phone or face-to-face
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to commit fixed Sunday shift for the period of May - October 2025 (extendable)
  • Fast learner, on-the-job training will be provided

Working Hours:

  • Weekday: 3.30 pm - 9.30pm (about 5 - 6 hours)
  • Weekend: 8.30am - 6.30pm (about 7 - 10 hours)

Location:

  • Clementi (main)
  • Kovan/Tampines (relief duty if needed)

Responsibilities:

  • Handles day-to-day operations at our tuition centre, eg. collecting payment, notes printing, replying whatsapp, handling call-ins/walk-ins, attendance taking
  • Call parents/leads to follow up on enquiries
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 11 per week

Schedule:

  • Late shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
